L'osteria dell'OK: my story....
I’m Cristina Trambusti - originally I trained as a
confectioner and master ice cream maker.
My great leap into the world of food took
place in
2004 with the opening of Bar dell’OK, my bar
serving food.
With time, my passion for cooking and love
of the traditions of my region encouraged me to refine and extend my
skills, and as a natural consequence of this, we’re now
opening l’Osteria dell’OK, a new venture
totally dedicated to my love of food.
The new interior of Osteria dell’Ok is a contemporary mix of past and present. Our choice to retain parts of the original structure and leave them on view is due to our desire to maintain links with the architecture and past of the original Renaissance structure. So, brick facades are combined with resin floors, the stone adorning the walls embraces the choice of restful and modern colors, whilst passing through an original portal, you can notice the aluminum decorating the opening.
A successful blend of old and new that creates a warm welcoming atmosphere, where the rituals of food meet not only the desire to experience new flavors, but also satisfy the aesthetic senses of a guest who is always welcome.
