L’osteria dell’OK is beginning its new journey as a restaurant with great care in the choice of prime ingredients, which we believe are essential for today’s discerning guests.  And so our Osteria is strongly focused on quality ingredients, lovingly prepared with skills required to celebrate these ingredients on the plate.  Oils from the first pressing of reknowned artisan mills, the best selection of cold cuts, cheeses from small producers at kilometer zero, top quality meats from animals raised on the land, delicious game dishes using traditional recipes typical of old-style tavernas, and fish dishes both from the peasant tradition as well as a more refined kitchen.
